External Painting And New Shed Roof Installed

Roughcasting Job in Edinburgh
Roughcast repairs to the rear elevation of the property in Edinburgh – traditional sand and cement render with a 6ml granite wet dash finish, to allow for painting.
Masonry repairs to the rear elevation of the property – this included the lintels above the windows which were re-rendered with façade 400 lime render coating.
2 x Coats of External paint (Masonry painted with a breathable lime-wash paint, Roughcasting painted with a sandtex brilliant white masonry paint, Guttering painted with a Johnson’s exterior gloss white paint).
Stone Slabbed Shed roof removed and replaced with a plastic covering, to stop water ingress.
